1. Who we are

The website resellerx.in is operated by ResellerX Digital Technologies Private Limited(“ResellerX”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in India. You can reach us at support@resellerx.in.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use our services. If you use the services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

3. Your account

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• One person or business per account unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law.

4. Services

ResellerX is a reseller and routing layer. We aggregate social media engagement services from third-party providers and resell them to you. Service names, descriptions, quantities, start times and guarantees are shown on the relevant product page and form part of these Terms.

Social media platforms are independent third parties. We do not control them and cannot guarantee that a platform will not change its policies, algorithms or enforcement practices. You acknowledge that social media growth services carry inherent platform risk.

5. Pricing and payment

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Services are prepaid. You must add funds to your wallet or pay at checkout before an order is processed.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways (including Razorpay and Cashfree). We do not store your full card details.
• We may change prices at any time. Changes do not affect orders already paid for.

6. Order processing and delivery

Orders are dispatched to our providers after payment is confirmed. Typical start times are shown on each service page but are estimates, not guarantees. Please read our Delivery Policy for details.

7. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Where a service is partially delivered, we may refund the undelivered portion at our reasonable discretion.

8. Acceptable use

You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. You must not use the services to harass, defraud, impersonate, infringe intellectual property, spread malware or violate any platform’s terms of service.

9. Intellectual property

All content on resellerx.in — including text, graphics, logos, software and the ResellerX name — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable law. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

10. Disclaimers

The services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or achieve any particular business result.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ResellerX Digital Technologies Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the services, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer protections, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
