Who pays this subscription?
The subscription is paid by you, the reseller — the person running the store. Your own customers pay you for the social media services they buy, and those earnings go into your store wallet.
Is there a setup or hidden fee?
No. You pay only the plan price. Standard payment-gateway charges (for example, UPI or card processing fees) are levied by your gateway provider, not by us.
What happens when my plan expires?
If a renewal debit fails, your storefront goes offline until payment succeeds. Your data, orders and wallet balance are preserved, and the store reactivates automatically once the plan is active again.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. Switch anytime from your billing dashboard. A new auto-debit mandate is set up and the new plan applies from the next billing period.
How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime from your billing dashboard. Your subscription auto-debits each cycle, and your store stays live until the end of the period you've already paid for. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
Do you support GST invoices?
Yes. Every subscription payment generates an invoice you can download from your billing dashboard.
